What is A Creative Cove?
For years, David and I have created what we call Creative Coves. Sometimes a Creative Cove is fifteen minutes. Sometimes it’s an afternoon. Sometimes it’s an entire weekend.
We intentionally step out of the usual demands of life and enter a protected space where we can create, dream, rest, reflect, explore ideas, and listen for what wants to emerge.
Again and again, we’ve watched wonderful things grow from these times.
Books. Businesses. Creative projects. Communities. Conversations that changed the direction of our lives.
Our most meaningful creative work has been born inside Creative Coves.
All of my books, posters, programs, products, and communities. My husband and creative partner David’s films, businesses, creative projects, and dreams brought to life. And now, SARK’s Creative Cove itself.
We began to realize that the Creative Cove wasn’t just something we practiced. It was one of the reasons so many of our dreams became real.
And we found ourselves asking:
What if we created a Creative Cove large enough to welcome others?
A Creative Cove is both a haven and an accelerator. A haven for your heart and an accelerator for your dreams.
A protected space, separate from the demands of everyday life, where creativity can breathe, grow, and flourish.

We’ve learned that creativity doesn’t thrive through pressure or perfection.
